6. St Joseph's Food Fair

We are having a food fair on Sunday 15^th March. We want this day to be a fun family day filled with music and of course great food.

Please spread the word and put it in your diary!

We do need your help – we need the following items to use on the day

• Waffle machines
• Deep fryer machines
•  Gazebos or a marquee (and help to put up on Saturday 14^th March
• Scones made for the day
• 1 x BBQ (delivered to school on the day with a gas bottle)
• 1 x URN

We also require 30 cakes to be baked for the Cake Wheel

Each class is going to be running an activity or a stall, parents and students will be required to be there on the day to help and of course enjoy the great food and entertainment on offer.

·        We are having a cupcake competition on the day, so each student

             is encouraged to put their best decorated cupcake forward.

Each family is required to donate $10 to be used to buy food for the food fair. Please cut off and hand in (with the money) to the office by Friday 27th February 2015.
